Telemundo Orlando

Telemundo Orlando has given me a great opportunity today, April 29th. I spoke with producer Ingrid Cotto yesterday and explained to her my project. She thought it was a very good project and so she decided to give me an opportunity to be on the news (Telenoticias Orlando). An announcement for the May 6th presentation will be on tonight (April 29th), tomorrow (April 30th), Monday (May 4th), and Tuesday (May 5th). I will also be interviewed by Homan Machuca (Telenoticas Orlando anchor) on Monday, May 4th. Telenoticias Orlando is on Monday through Friday at 6 pm and 11 pm. Telenoticias will also try to be present the day of my presentation (Wednesday, May 6th). Thank you very much Telemundo!

Miss Colombia Organization

Miss Colombia 2009, Michelle Rouillard

The Miss Colombia Organization (Concurso Nacional de Belleza) will be present the day I distribute donations in El Talon, Colombia. The confirmation was received today, April 30th by Raimundo Angulo Pizarro, the President of the Miss Colombia Organization. I am extremely happy that I managed to reach this huge organization in Colombia. I cannot wait to work with them. Miss Colombia 2009, Michelle Rouillard, is not confirmed to be present the day I distribute, but Miss Bolivar 2009 is. However, the Miss Colombia Organization will try to have Michelle Rouillard present. The Miss Colombia Organization is known for working with foundations in Colombia and that is why it is great to report their presence. Thank you very much!

Beyond the Wall Presentation

The official Beyond the Wall presentation will be on Wednesday, May 6th, 2009. The presentation will include music, the documentary, and an in depth explanation about the project (how it started, when it started, why, etc...).

A successful interview on La Grande 1030 AM

On Friday, April 24th, I spoke on the "Quedate con Miguel" show which is broadcasted on La Grande 1030 AM. Fernando Negron and el Guajiro interviewed me and it went very well. Thank you very much for this opportunity and I really appreciate it. La Grande 1030 will be at the "Beyond the Wall" Presentation on May 6th. Once again, thank you all for the support.

Thank you Rodriguez family

Classmate and good friend Cristal Rodriguez, along with her family, donated clothes, DVD's, a DVD player, shoes, toys, books, cups...you name it. I cannot express how thankful I am to the Rodriguez family. Not only did I spend a great afternoon with this family, it made me realize who true friends were. I appreciate the help so much and I am sure everybody in El Talon, Colombia will enjoy everything you all donated. Thanks again!
